Doha, Qatar - Web Summit Qatar says its startup programme is officially sold out, with more than 1,600 startups from around the world confirmed to attend the 2026 edition in Doha.

Organisers also say the event floor has reached full capacity, with global companies including IBM, TikTok, Microsoft, Huawei, Qatar Airways and Snapchat among those confirmed to partner. With demand continuing to rise, Web Summit expects the event to reach full capacity in the coming weeks.

The conference returns to Doha for its third edition and will take place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) from February 1 to February 4, 2026. Thousands of entrepreneurs, investors and leaders are expected to gather in the capital as Qatar positions itself as a growing regional hub for technology, driven by smart-city innovation, digital transformation and broader economic diversification.

Organisers say the 2026 edition is expected to bring together more than 30,000 attendees from over 120 countries, alongside 700+ investors and 600+ members of the media.

A Web Summit spokesperson said the level of interest in the 2026 event has been unprecedented, particularly from startups, adding that Web Summit aims to connect founders, investors and leaders across sectors to help drive technological and economic progress.
