Qatar's Startups Under the Radar in 2025
- by Falak .
Doha, Qatar — Startups Under the Radar is a curated feature series by Falak.qa that exists for one reason: to bring visibility to high-potential startups quietly gaining ground across Qatar.
Our first edition highlights two early-stage startups.
Managing a small business can be overwhelming, particularly for founders without technical backgrounds. That’s where adeer steps in. Developed in 2023, this AI-powered app consolidates everything from finances and sales to tax filings and HR management into one user-friendly platform. What sets it apart is its accessibility—no need for prior tech skills or complicated setups. Just clean design and functionality that works.
Adeer has already gained over 4,500 users across 45+ countries and recently earned the title of "Best App in Qatar – 2024" by the Qatar Digital Business Awards. Whether it’s a student entrepreneur, a freelancer, or a microbusiness owner, adeer enables them to take control of their operations without spreadsheets or stress.
The force behind this venture is Reema Al Kuwari, a seasoned entrepreneur and cybersecurity expert who began her journey at age 15. Recognized internationally and celebrated for her work in social innovation, Reema combines deep technical acumen with an unwavering focus on community impact—making adeer not just a tool, but part of a larger mission to uplift business owners across the region.
Legal support shouldn’t be a luxury—and Naseh is ensuring it isn’t. Founded in 2022, this legal tech startup connects users with certified lawyers via secure audio, video, or chat consultations. It's designed to reduce the friction and hesitation often associated with seeking legal help, especially for individuals and small businesses unfamiliar with legal processes.
With nine law firms already onboard and two key partnerships secured, Naseh has begun reshaping how legal services are delivered in Qatar. Their early success in competitions—placing third out of 200 startups at the Digital Incubation Center—speaks to both the startup’s relevance and execution.
Led by a team of four founders—Nasser AlMoslamani, Khaled Qotba, Mohammed AlNeama, and Yousef Al Mahmoud—Naseh is built on a foundation of diverse expertise in law, business, and tech. This synergy allows the team to address legal inaccessibility with practical, smart solutions tailored for the local market.
Looking Ahead: Why These Startups Matter
These startups—adeer and Naseh—illustrate the growing maturity of Qatar’s startup scene. They reflect a shift from idea-stage experimentation to purpose-driven ventures tackling specific challenges in business management and legal accessibility. More importantly, they showcase the type of founder-led innovation that’s rooted in real-world need and executed with strategic clarity.
Startups Under the Radar is more than a feature series. It’s a reflection of Falak.qa’s commitment to documenting the stories that define today’s entrepreneurial Qatar—stories that too often go unseen but are rewriting what success looks like in the region.
As Qatar continues to invest in entrepreneurship, this series will track those building with intention, solving with empathy, and scaling with focus. Expect more names, more ideas, and more founders soon.
