Qatar Chamber Hosts Workshop on International Partnerships

Doha, Qatar — Qatar Chamber, in collaboration with the Young Entrepreneurs Club, recently organized a training workshop on managing international partnerships. The event brought together 75 participants and focused on equipping entrepreneurs with practical skills to establish and sustain global collaborations.
The workshop provided a step-by-step approach to international partnership management. It covered the entire cycle, from identifying potential partners and negotiating agreements to drafting contracts and ensuring long-term evaluation. The program aimed to give entrepreneurs a strong foundation for building durable, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Abdulaziz Al-Qahtani, general manager of the S CITY Platform for New Ventures, contributed his expertise in entrepreneurship and international project management. Drawing on his experience with startups and global ventures, he explained the most pressing difficulties entrepreneurs face and outlined practical solutions.
He highlighted the growing importance of cross-border collaborations in a fast-changing global economy. According to him, entrepreneurs need to sharpen their negotiation skills and manage resources jointly with partners to stay competitive and successfully expand into new markets.
Fatima Issa Al-Kuwari, head of training and development at Qatar Chamber, reaffirmed the Chamber’s commitment to enhancing the skills of young entrepreneurs. She stressed that mastering the management of international partnerships is vital for expanding businesses and accessing global markets.
She added that through workshops like this, the Chamber seeks to provide an integrated platform that helps entrepreneurs turn their ideas into viable ventures. By supporting entrepreneurs in building strategic partnerships, the Chamber aims to contribute to Qatar’s economic development and its standing as a regional hub for business and investment.
The event forms part of a wider series of training programs led by Qatar Chamber in cooperation with the Young Entrepreneurs Club. These initiatives are designed to strengthen the capabilities of young people in Qatar, preparing them to take on leadership roles in both local and international business environments.
The workshop reflects the growing recognition that international partnerships are central to modern business expansion.
