
MCIT Reveals Winners of 2025 Digital Business Awards

Doha, Qatar - The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) announced the winners of the 9th edition of the Qatar Digital Business Award 2025 during a ceremony in Doha on Wednesday, October 22. The awards recognise organisations, companies and individuals that have driven digital transformation in Qatar, across fields including artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, data analytics and service delivery.
This year’s edition received over 340 applications, and winners were selected across 13 categories following a rigorous evaluation process.
MCIT positions the awards as a key instrument in advancing the nation’s “Digital Agenda 2030” and building a robust digital economy. The 2025 edition also introduced a new category, “Best Scale-Up of the Year,” expanding recognition beyond startups to more mature high-growth companies.

The awards required each submission to pass through multiple screening and evaluation phases, with five finalists selected in each category to present their projects to a judging panel of 35 experts. Participation spanned start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs and corporates, reflecting MCIT’s aim to broaden the digital ecosystem.
